Bee show in the garden

In May, a bee population landed in the garden. Within a short time, a swarm of up to 3 kilos landed on a tree branch.

The neighbour turned out to be a real apiarist. He made smoke to calm the bees and transferred them to a hive.

He succeeded in transferring the queen to the new accommodation and we saw the bees following their queen while dancing.

In a while: honey ‘fait maison’ 😉.
